Courtney Callen recently earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently in the process of obtaining registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor.

With a strong foundation in person-centered therapy, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, and dialectical behavior techniques. Courtney is passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, mental health education and advocates for reducing the stigma around seeking help. During graduate training, Courtney completed clinical hours in community mental health settings, working with diverse populations and gaining experience in both individual and group counseling.

Courtney believes in fostering a warm, collaborative, and inclusive space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and grow at their own pace. As a pre-licensed professional, Courtney is committed to continued learning and is currently working under licensed supervision while building clinical experience toward full licensure.

Outside of counseling, Courtney enjoys paddle boarding, snowboarding, being in nature and on the soccer field.
